01Scope

Zuelen is a product and service operated by TradinGo SARL-S, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number B272247, with its registered office at 244, rue de Luxembourg, L-8077 Bertrange, Luxembourg.

These terms apply to the website, accounts, financial and professional workspaces, and features made available through Zuelen.

02Eligibility and account creation

You must be able to accept these terms and provide accurate information. If you use Zuelen for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and authentication methods confidential and for activity performed through your account.

03Nature of the service

Zuelen is financial management and accounting software. It helps organise, track, understand and prepare financial information.

Zuelen does not replace a licensed accountant or fiduciaire, tax advice, legal advice, or official filings and declarations with public authorities. Unless the product expressly states otherwise, Zuelen does not automatically submit declarations on a user’s behalf.

04Plans and trials

Zuelen offers a permanent free plan for businesses and independents, subject to the limits shown in the product and on the Pricing page, together with paid plans offering additional features or capacity.

Accountant and professional subscriptions are separate from client-workspace subscriptions. Where a 30-day free professional trial is offered, the start of paid billing is shown before the subscription is confirmed.

05Subscriptions and billing

Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices, any applicable taxes, billing period, renewal date and relevant terms are displayed before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until changed or cancelled using the options available in the billing portal.

Changes or cancellations take effect according to the information shown in the billing flow and mandatory rights that apply. Zuelen does not directly store complete card details.

06User responsibilities

You are responsible for the information, records, entries, settings, roles and instructions supplied to Zuelen, including their accuracy and lawfulness. You must review calculations, estimates, classifications, deadlines and documents before making a decision or completing an official transmission or filing.

You must have the necessary rights to imported data and comply with obligations applying to your activity, including accounting, tax, social-security and data-protection requirements.

07Acceptable use

You may not use Zuelen for unlawful, fraudulent or rights-infringing activity; bypass access controls or technical limits; disrupt service security; introduce malicious code; attempt to access another workspace without permission; or otherwise abuse the service.

08Zuelen Copilot and AI

AI features provide assistance based on available context and may produce incomplete or inaccurate results. They are not professional advice and do not make access, permission or official-filing decisions. Users must review every output before relying on it.

09Intellectual property

TradinGo SARL-S and its licensors retain rights in Zuelen, its code, interfaces, brand and content. Users retain rights in data they provide and grant the technical rights needed to process that data to deliver the service.

10Availability and changes

Zuelen may evolve, undergo maintenance or experience interruptions. TradinGo SARL-S may change or remove a feature for technical, security, regulatory or product reasons while seeking to limit reasonably avoidable disruption.

11Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended because of a security risk, material breach of these terms, applicable non-payment, abusive use or a legal obligation. Users may stop using the service and manage subscriptions through available controls. Some data may be retained where required by law or to establish or defend legal claims.

12Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TradinGo SARL-S is responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss resulting from a proven breach. Zuelen does not guarantee that an estimate, suggestion or generated output can replace review by the user or a professional.

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Luxembourg courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection that may apply.
